When I livestream I send the same stream to two places at once: my own Owncast instance and Youtube. That means two chats and two browser windows which really annoyed me.
So I wrote ComboChat. It’s a small Flask server that runs on your own machine and merges both chats into one overlay that you add to OBS-Studio as a browser source.
